Tooele Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers on its home sales last month. There were 45 homes sold in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in Tooele Utah Homes. Year over year change of sale rose 28.89 percent from 32 sold homes of September 2010. Monthly change of sale also went up 8.89 percent from 41 sold homes of August 2011.

The number of sold homes in Tooele Utah Real Estate brought new curves in the market last month. A total of 41 homes have been sold out in Tooele. Yearly change of sale increased 60.98 percent from 16 sold homes made during August 2010. Meanwhile, monthly change of sale dropped 10.87 percent from 46 sold homes of July 2011.

Tooele Utah Real Estate showed off low numbers on its monthly and yearly change of sales based on last month’s home sales in the market. There have been a total of 28 sold homes made during May 2011.
