Home Sales in Tooele during December 2011!

Home selling and buying in Tooele Utah Real Estate showed off some high and low numbers last month. Year over year change of sale went up while monthly change of sale decreased in the market. With a total of 34 sold homes, year over year change of sale increased 35.29 percent from 22 sold homes of December 2010.

This time, monthly change of sale dropped 10.53 percent from 38 sold homes of November 2011. Home sales have been for 121 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Tooele Utah Homes due to 5.82 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 198 actively listed Tooele Utah Houses for sale of which 49 are under contract properties in the market.

Home Sale Numbers in Tooele during October 2011!

Tooele Utah Real Estate revealed new home sale numbers in the market last month. There were 30 homes sold in Tooele Utah Real Estate. Year over year change of sale went up 26.67 percent from 22 sold homes of October 2010. Monthly change of sale went down 33.33 percent from 45 sold homes of September 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $126500 of which decreased 14.56 percent from $148050 of October 2010. Sold properties have been for 102 median days on market. This time, it’s a buyers market in Tooele Homes in Utah due to 7.13 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 214 actively listed Tooele Utah Houses of which 54 properties are under contract in the market.

Home Sale Numbers improved in Tooele during September 2011!

Tooele Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers on its home sales last month. There were 45 homes sold in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in Tooele Utah Homes. Year over year change of sale rose 28.89 percent from 32 sold homes of September 2010. Monthly change of sale also went up 8.89 percent from 41 sold homes of August 2011.

Home sales had a median  sold price of $121,500 of which it dropped down 13.92 percent from $141,150 of September last year. Sold properties have been for 91 median days on market. Tooele UT Real Estate had a balance market due to 5.2 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 234 actively listed Tooele Utah Houses for sale of which 58 are under contract properties in the market.

Viewing Tooele’s Home Sale Stat during August 2011!

The number of sold homes in Tooele Utah Real Estate brought new curves in the market last month. A total of 41 homes have been sold out in Tooele. Yearly change of sale increased 60.98 percent from 16 sold homes made during August 2010. Meanwhile, monthly change of sale dropped 10.87 percent from 46 sold homes of July 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $122,500. It dropped 16.35 percent from$146,450. Homes for sale in the market have been for 74 median days on market.  There’s a balance market in Tooele Utah Homes for sale since it got 5.83 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 239 actively listed homes for sale in  Utah of which 78 are under contract properties in the Tooele real estate market.

Tooele’s Home Sale Numbers rose during July 2011!

Home selling and buying in Tooele Utah Houses  got even better  last month. Home sales showed off some increase in yearly change of sale level in the market. There were 46 homes that have been sold out in Tooele UT Real Estate. Year over year change of sale went up 45.65 percent from 25 sold homes of July last year. No change of sale increase was noted for its monthly change of sale level due to the same number of sold homes for June and July 2011.

Last month’s median sold price $117000 of which dropped 24.76 percent from $155500 of July last year. Tooele Utah Homes had balance market since it got 5.85 months of inventory. Sold homes have been for 94 median days on market.

Currently, there are 269 actively listed homes for sale Tooele Utah of which 80 are under contract properties in the market.

Tooele Home Sales in June 2011 are getting better!

Home sales in Tooele Utah Real Estate seemed to get better last month. This can be attributed from its 46 sold homes in the market. Year over year change of sale rose 17.39 percent from 38 sold homes of June last year. Monthly change of sale went up 39.13 percent from 28 sold properties of May 2011.

The median sold price reached $121,500 of which decreased 17.06 percent from $146,500 of June last year. Home selling and buying time have been for 67 median days on market. There have been a balance market in Tooele Utah Houses since it got 6.06 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 279 active listings of Tooele Utah Homes for sale of which 76 are under contract properties in the market.

Home Sales still down in Tooele during May 2011!

Tooele Utah Real Estate showed off low numbers on its monthly and yearly change of sales based on last month’s home sales in the market. There have been a total of 28 sold homes made during May 2011. Year over year change of sales went down 12.5 percent from 32 sold homes of May 2011. In terms of monthly change of sale, it dropped 30 percent from 40 sold homes of April 2010.

Home sales got a median sold price of $116,000 of which decreased 25.16 percent from $155,000 of may last year. Tooele Utah Homes sales have been for 110 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market since it had 9.78 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 274 actively listed Tooele Utah Houses for sale of which 78 are under contract in the market.

Tooele Home Sale Stat for April 2011!

Tooele’s home sales seemingly looking good as its monthly change of sale went up in the market last month. New home sale comparisons have been drawn by a total of 40 sold homes in Tooele Utah Real Estate. Monthly change of sale went up while year over year change of sale dipped again. Its monthly change of sale went up 35 percent from 26 sold homes of March this year. On the other hand, yearly change of sale went down 24.53 percent from 53 sold homes of April last year.

Tooele Utah Homes had a median sold price of $127,500 of which dropped 14.94 percent from $149,900 of April 2010. This time, home sales have been for 85 median days on market. It’s still a buyer’s market in Tooele since it got 7.33 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 293 actively listed Tooele Utah Houses for sale of which 76 properties are under contract in the market.

First Quarter 2011 Home Sales in Tooele: Seeing its Numbers in the Market!

Home selling and buying seemed to be tougher in Tooele Utah Real Estate this time. Its first quarter of 2011 numbers revealed 75 sold homes in the market.

Home sale comparisons in Tooele Utah Homes can be viewed below.

  • Tooele Utah Real Estate sales went down 19.35 percent from 93 sold homes of Q1 2010.
  • It slightly went up 1.35 percent from 74 sold homes of Q4 2010.
  • The highest selling price of sold house was at $274,900 while the lowest price house was sold at $20,000.
  • The median sold price of home sales during the first quarter of 2011 was $124,900 with 77 median cumulative days on market.
  • It had an average sold price of $122,781 with 118 average cumulative days on market.

Tooele Home Sale Statistics: Year change of sale still down during March 2011!

Home sales in Tooele Utah Real Estate seemed down again in the market last month.  With 26 sold homes, year over year change of sale dropped 46.94 percent from 49 sold homes of March 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale slightly rose 26.92 percent from 19 sold homes of February 2011.

The median sold price reached $117,500 of which went down 13.09 percent from $135,200 of March last year. Home selling and buying time have been for 89 median days on market with an original list price of $141,950.

It’s still a buyer’s market in Tooele Utah Homes since it got 11.27 months of inventory. Properties may take some long period of time  in the market and prices of houses go down this time.

Currently, there are 293 actively listed Tooele UT Homes for sale of which 75 properties are under contract in the market.
