Home selling and buying in Tooele Utah Real Estate seemed so good at the start of the year. Last month’s home sales reached 26 homes which have been sold out in the market. Both yearly and monthly change of sales increased this time.
Year over year change of sale went up 3.85 percent from 25 homes sold during January last year. Monthly change of sale rose 15.38 percent from 22 sold homes of December 2010.

Home selling and buying in Tooele Utah Real Estate was not that as good during December 2010. With only 22 sold homes noted, the home sale comparisons for both monthly and yearly change of sales went down in the market.

Tooele Utah Real Estate was not that as productive as compared to its previous months’ home sales due to its low sales again last month. There was a decline of sold homes in the market which drawn certain downward curves in Tooele.
