Tooele Utah Homes for Sale has performed another good quarterly sales for this year. As noted by Wasatch Front Regional MLS, around 128 homes have been sold out for the 2nd quarter of 2010 of which drifted up 37.63 percent from 93 sold homes made during the 1st quarter of 2010 and still up 15.31 percent compared from 111 homes sold last Q2 of 2009. Second quarter of 2010 and 2008 both gained the same number of sold homes in Tooele Utah Real Estate for sale.
These home sales also drawn numbers on the median and average sold price in the market. The median sold price of Q2 2010 reached $147,000 of which higher from $139,100 of Q1 2010 but down from $170,000 of Q2 of 2009. In terms of average sold price, it went up to $148,112 from $141,072 of Q1 this year but drifted down from $166,855 of Q2 last year in Tooele Ut Homes.
The median CDOM falls down to 64 from 80 of the previous quarter this year while further home sales got an average CDOM of 98.
