Home sales in Tooele Ut Homes did a pretty job on the 4^th quarter last year as the numbers showed an increase in home selling compared in 2008 4th quarter sales. These numbers of home sales were a little bit comparable with the fourth quarter of 2007 since the sales are near with each other in numbers. Around 126 homes were released and sold out in the market in the last quarter of 2009 and around 119 homes were sold during Q4 of 2007. While there was a little increase in the number of home sales, the median and average sales price were considerably down.

The median price went down to $156,000 from $162,500 median sales price during the 4^th quarter of 2008. When it comes to average sales price, a decrease of 7% was noted. The average price drifted down to $158,904 from $171,812 during same quarter of 2008.
