First-time Home Buyers will flood the market in 2010!

Home Sales in 2009 made a fantastic notch up in the real estate market as its numbers outnumbered the sales in 2008. Several real estate professionals said that 2010 will be a productive year since  first time home buyers will increase in numbers.

As the year of the Metal Tiger starts, the real estate market is expecting a flooding first-time home buyers in the market. With these happenings, real estate market will gain higher numbers of home sales as the expanded and extended credit is still on the air and spring season is fast approaching.

Predictions came out from the chief economist at Moody’s Economy.com, Mark Zandi, saying that there will be around 1.84 million homes sold to first-time home buyers in 2010 compared to 1.73 million homes in 2009.

According to Ray Boss Jr., a practitioner with RE/MAX Realty Group located in Maryland, saying as well as real estate professionals will still have a time to scan through several  house listings and evaluate market trends and home pricing. Also, he added that, “I would want someone who is going to look out for my interests first and foremost,” “Someone who knows the contracts, who has experience negotiating, and who can walk me through the entire process smoothly — step by step — and make sure I get the house that’s right for me.”
